Where a job proceeds, job documentation such as photos and material records is shared with you and, where you direct it, with your carrier or lender for claim, renewal or sale purposes.

Quote and job records are retained for as long as needed to support your quote, your job documentation and any future carrier, sale or warranty questions about that job. You may ask questions about your records, request corrections to them, or ask how they are held, through the contact page.

If you decide not to proceed after requesting a quote, that decision carries no penalty and no obligation, and your request information will not be used to pressure you into proceeding.
